CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering

Duration:

Minimum 6 Hours

Aims:

The course is aimed at food handlers as well as those whose work activity may take them into the workplace were food preparation occurs. It provides the basic knowledge required to work in such an environment in a clean, safe manner and assists in ensuring compliance with current food legislation requirements.
